“As a member, how do I contact you to ask a question?”
If at any point you need to contact me feel free to hit the messaging tab on your app and I will respond as soon as possible.
“How does the accountability and checkin in with you work?”
All check-ins will be done according to your program package. You will be sent an invite in your messenger to set up a 30 min 1on1 zoom call to check on your progress.
“What if I don’t know how to perform an exercise included in the workout?”
Each workout includes a video and short description to show you exactly how to do each the movement any questions the exercise shoot me a message.
“Do I need to be a member of a gym?”
If you do not have a gym membership I would recommend getting one if you are unable to get a gym membership then let me know and I will try my best to work around it! (This is why each process is personalized!)
“Do we need to be in-person clients? Or can this be online only?”
This can be done either in person or online! If you are in person, you will have access to the Jetway Fit Club, if you are online, we do weekly or bi-weekly zoom calls! (depending on which package you got)
“Do I need to purchase any equipment if I am working out at home?"
The #1 equipment I would recommend to purchase is a Fitbit fitness tracker as you can implement it with your training app besides that I also recommend a foam roller. Other than that, the program will be built around what you have access too!
"Do I need to download any software?"
Attached to this welcome email you should also receive an app download invitation, another great app to download would be Myfitnessapp which you can use to help track your daily meals.
"Can I still drink alcohol on your program?"
I don’t recommend it but if it something you feel like is an essential part of your life it is not for me to say.
"How do I track my food intake?"
Download Myfitnesspal great for food tracking you can also use your phone to take pictures of each meal to later log it on a notebook included with that state how you feel after each meal.
"How fast will I see results?"
My clients start to see results within 2-3 weeks, and by the 4th-5th week mark, the people around you are going to start noticing! But the 12th week mark is when things really get going and you'll be blown away by the results!
"How much time will this take? I'm busy with a job, family, friends, etc."
Here's what's so amazing about this program, it doesn't matter how busy you are! Why? Because it's completely personalized, that includes around your schedule! On our first zoom call/ meeting, you will tell me what other obligations and responsibilities you have and the time you have each week to dedicate to this, and then I'll design the program around that (you'll still be pushed hard and challenged though)
"Is there a cancellation/ refund policy?"
You can request to suspend your account if you are going to be away for a minimum of two weeks. Written notice should be provided at least two weeks ahead of time. The time will be credited at the end of the package period. Each client has a maximum of one 2-week hold period for every 3 months of training. I have a strict no refund policy, my goal as a trainer is to have you succeed. My program is for people who are willing to make the necessary changes to totally change their lives.
